A Busy September at Vakaros: Bringing RaceSense to Nine Events
September is shaping up to be an incredibly busy month for Vakaros as we bring RaceSense to nine different regattas, proving that more and more classes are joining the future of on-water management. With nine events in just 30 days, it’s quite a marathon—keeping us on the move more than twice a week. The best part? The variety of classes that will be using RaceSense this month, showing that RaceSense can be used by everybody, at every level, and for every class.
We’re starting the month strong with the RS21 Italian Championship, set in one of the most iconic sailing venues in the world—Lake Garda. Known for its stunning scenery and iconic winds, Lake Garda will also host the M32 Worlds from September 2 to 8.
Following the racing in Italy, we’ll head back to the Midwest for the E Scow Nationals, taking place from September 5 to 8 and from there, we’re flying to Palma de Mallorca for the J/70 Worlds, running from September 13 to 22. This event will feature one of the largest fleets we’ve ever worked with, and RaceSense will play a big role in managing such a competitive regatta.
Later in the month, we’ll be spending quite some time on the West Coast. The VXOne class will be sailing in West Vancouver from September 14 to 15, and on those same dates, we’ll be in Seattle for the PSSC. After that, we’ll head for the J/88 North Americans, which will run from September 26 to 29.
We’ll finish the month on a high note with the J/24 Worlds, happening in Seattle from September 28 to October 4.
September is going to be BUSY, but we’re ready to bring RaceSense to all these fantastic events. With so many different classes and levels of competition, it’s clear that RaceSense is playing a key role in our sport, ensuring fair and efficient racing for everyone involved. We’re thrilled to be part of this revolution and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
